Bir tencerede 2 sivi yagi ile soğan ve sarımsağı soteleyin. Sırası ile domates ve biberi ekleyip kavurun.<br />
Fasulyelerin kenarlarını keserek ayıklayın ve ince ince kesin. Kabakları soyup uzunlamasına birkaç parçaya kesin. Domatesin bir tanesinin kabuklarını soyun ve çekirdeklerini çıkarın. Dolmalık biberlerin saplarını ve çekirdeklerini ayıklayıp büyük parçalara bölün. Bamyaların baş kısmını alın, sirkeye batırıp oyun.<br />
Bir tencerede 1 yemek kaşığı siviyag ile fasulyeleri orta ateşte çevirin. Kabakları ekleyip fasulyeyle beraber pişirin. Domatesleri de ilave edip pişirin. Bamya ve biberlerin birazını ayırıp kalanını tencereye ekleyin. Tencereye 7 su bardağı sıcak su ekleyip orta ateşte kapağı kapalı olarak sebzeler pişinceye kadar pişirin.<br />
Tavuk etlerini ızgarada pişirin. Patlıcanları kızgın yağda altın sarısı rengini alıncaya kadar kızartıp bir kaba alın.<br />
